- Successfully prosecuted thousands of claims for money or property against both commercial and consumer debtors; collected millions of dollars on behalf of our clients.
- Domesticated numerous foreign judgments and pursued collection of those judgments against Texas debtors.
- Obtained court orders requiring debtors to turn over non-exempt assets to be sold in aid of judgment.
- Successfully appointed receivers to take control of the assets of both sole proprietorships and other business entities and obtained court approval to sell their assets to satisfy judgments.
- Successfully sequestered pharmaceuticals on behalf of a national drug retailer from a defaulting drug store operator.
- Garnished numerous bank accounts, both pre- and post-judgment, as part of the normal collection process.
- Represented creditors and debtors in workouts both in and outside of bankruptcy.
- Represented landlords in lock-out situations and post-possession collection efforts.
- Pursued numerous forcible detainer actions against defaulting tenants.
- Represented the primary creditor in the Chapter 7 bankruptcy case of a primary care hospital.
- Pursued hundreds of Relief from Stay motions in Bankruptcy court.
- Represented creditors in negotiating plans of reorganization.
