Robert R. Feuille

Robert Feuille has practiced law for more than 30 years, focused primarily on bankruptcy, commercial litigation, complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, and real estate and probate litigation. He has been appointed as general counsel for the law firm and chancellor of the local Anglican church. Mr. Feuille has successfully tried cases before juries and to the bench in federal courts, bankruptcy courts, and state courts. He has been involved with and supported church, charitable, and missionary organizations throughout his years of practicing law.
In a case of first impression in the Western District of Texas, successfully appealed and reversed an adverse decision of the bankruptcy court involving continuation or termination of the automatic stay in repeat filing cases under the BAPCPA.
In a case of first impression in El Paso County, successfully appealed a tax valuation of over $1 million of a large tract of land owned by a land conservation organization, reducing the valuation to $200,000.
In a case of first impression in New Mexico, successfully challenged and reversed a municipal annexation as illegal.
In a case of first impression in the Western District of Texas, successfully defended the lien interests of a creditor securing the debtor’s contractual real property repurchase obligations arising from pre-bankruptcy settlement of a real estate dispute with the debtor.
In a case of first impression in New Mexico, successfully defended a lessee’s possessory rights against the bankruptcy debtor’s attempt to vitiate the lease and the lessee’s rights.
