Stuart Schwartz has dedicated his practice to business litigation and creditors’ rights since joining ScottHulse immediately after graduation. He represents lenders, factors, landlords, and businesses in a wide range of matters, including debt collection, judgment domestication, and complex business disputes. Known for his determined advocacy, Mr. Schwartz strives to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients. A fourth-generation El Pasoan, he is deeply committed to his community, having served as County Commissioner and in leadership roles for local organizations such as the city’s food bank, the El Paso International Airport Board, and the City’s Ethics Review Committee.

Won a $1,000,000 jury verdict on behalf of a homeowner against an interior decorator (whose attorney went on to write a book about the case)
Enforced a violation of Texas’ blue law against K-Mart that prohibited sales of certain goods on Sunday, which received national coverage
