Summer Associate Intern
El Paso, Texas
Our summer associate program exposes ambitious law students to a commercial law firm operating in a dynamic, cross-border market. The program runs from mid-May through the end of June and provides an inside look at the schedule, workload, and culture of ScottHulse. You’ll be paired with an associate mentor who will provide insight on your role, assign you to projects, and provide guidance on navigating client relationships and communication. As a summer associate, you will have the opportunity to attend depositions, trials, mediations, negotiations, business transactions, client meetings, and social events to experience the full scale of ScottHulse’s operations as well as the culture of our firm.
Our program is highly competitive and a connection to the Borderplex region is preferred. The most qualified program candidates meet the following criteria:
Be in the top 25% of their class Hold a 3.0 GPA or higher Have mock trial, moot court, or law journal experience
Applications for the 2026 Summer Associate Program close on August 31, 2025. Interviews will be held in September 2025.
