ScottHulse PC is seeking a Litigation Attorney for its offices in El Paso, Texas and Las Cruces, New Mexico.
This is an opportunity to be an integral member of one of the region’s leading litigation practice teams, which provides a full spectrum of litigation services to local, regional, and national businesses in both the public and private sectors. For over 135 years, the Firm’s litigation section has maintained a reputation for effective representation with a high level of success on behalf of its diverse clientele. Our litigation attorneys in El Paso and Las Cruces represent clients in a myriad of litigation matters, such as commercial, construction, bankruptcy, intellectual property, and labor and employment. The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual with trial advocacy skills and experience in legal research, case analysis, drafting complex pleadings and memoranda, and client counseling. Texas licensure is required. New Mexico licensure is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills and ties to the Borderplex Region are desirable.
