Joshua Dwyer helps clients plan for the future by tailoring estate planning documents to their unique needs and priorities. He designs and drafts wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, and advises on probate, trust administration, business succession, and ownership transfers. Mr. Dwyer also assists fiduciaries in managing their duties to avoid disputes in estate administration. Additionally, he provides guidance on federal and state taxation, focusing on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes, often recommending strategies to minimize tax exposure and enhance gift planning.

Appointed by the New Mexico Supreme Court to serve on the Supreme Court’s Probate Court Rules Committee to assist with proposing new rules for probate courts in New Mexico.
