Bernard “Bernie” Felsen, a ScottHulse shareholder and Board member, specializes in banking, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. With extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers, Mr. Felsen handles syndicated loans, project financing, construction loans, and accounts receivable factoring. His real estate work includes commercial transactions, land development, and complex leasing. In mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Felsen has managed deals across diverse industries, including supermarkets, media, and waste management. He also advises on corporate entity formation and complex structures. Highly respected with an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, Mr. Felsen is active in the El Paso community, serving on boards for the Chamber of Commerce, United Way, and other organizations.
