ScottHulse law firm recently held an annual labor & employment law seminar, “Spring into Action,” for human resource professionals and business owners, at the Judson Williams Convention Center.
The seminar offered business professionals an opportunity to meet with labor and employment law experts, and learn basic and advance techniques to safeguard their company from the law.
Seminar topics included, Avoiding Pitfalls in Hiring and On-Boarding, What Employers Need to Know about the ADAAA & the EEOC’s Final Regulations, Interactive Problem Solving Sessions, Departing Employee Checklist: Planning for & Implementing RIF, Advanced Wage & Hour Issues, and Federal & State Labor & Employment Law Update.
