ScottHulse Attorney Henry Paoli Renews Board Certification in Civil Appellate Law

EL PASO, TX – Henry J. Paoli, a Shareholder at the ScottHulse law firm, has renewed his board certification in civil appellate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
There are more than 110,000 attorneys licensed to practice law in the state of Texas, of which only 7,200 are Board Certified. Of those, there are less than 450 attorneys who are Board Certified in civil appellate law. As such, this designation is one of the most respected and prestigious achievements that demonstrates true expertise in the respective specialty area.
Mr. Paoli chairs the Firm’s Litigation and Appellate Law sections. He represents clients in appeals that are pending before Texas appellate courts, the Supreme Court of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
