Henry Paoli Receives Board Certification in Civil Appellate Law

EL PASO, TX – Henry J. Paoli, a Shareholder at the ScottHulse law firm, has become board certified in civil appellate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Within the Texas legal community, Board Certification means an attorney has substantial, relevant experience in a select field of law as well as demonstrated, and tested, special competence in that area of law. There are more than 70,000 attorneys licensed to practice law in Texas. Only 7,000 are Board Certified. In the entire State of Texas, there are less than 500 attorneys who are board certified in civil appellate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

His experience in the area of appeals includes the representation of clients in numerous appellate courts, including the Eighth District Court of Appeals in El Paso, the Supreme Court of Texas in Austin, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Eighth Circuits.
