ScottHulse Attorneys Speak at 18th Annual TexasBarCLE Collections and Creditors’ Rights Course

EL PASO, TX – ScottHulse attorneys Stuart R. Schwartz and Casey S. Stevenson were featured speakers at the 18th Annual TexasBarCLE Collections and Creditors’ Rights Course held via webcast. The webcast was streamed live August 27-28, 2020, and was replayed October 15-16, 2020. Mr. Schwartz spoke on “Post-Judgment Remedies” and Mr. Stevenson presented on “Overcoming Defenses.”

Mr. Schwartz is one of only three Texas attorneys board certified in Creditor’s Rights Law by the American Board of Certification. Mr. Stevenson is licensed to practice Creditor’s Rights Law in Texas and New Mexico.
