ScottHulse Attorney Henry Paoli Speaks on Changes to the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure

EL PASO, TX – El Paso litigation attorney Henry Paoli, a shareholder at the ScottHulse law firm, was a featured speaker at the 12th Annual Texas Minority Attorney Program, which was held at the U.S. District Courthouse in El Paso. Mr. Paoli spoke on the topic of “Changes to the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure: Expedited Trials and Dismissal of Baseless Claims.”

“These new procedures, provided by the Supreme Court of Texas, impact the way that clients and attorneys will have disputes addressed in the legal system” said Mr. Paoli, who practices in the ScottHulse litigation, appeals, and construction law sections.

“We’ve always tried to take a proficient, effective and results oriented team approach to resolving legal disputes when going to court,” said Mr. Paoli. “These civil procedure changes highlight the importance of delivering efficient legal service for the benefit of our clients.”

Mr. Paoli has experience in handling various types of commercial lawsuits, including breach of contract claims, construction claims, and disputes between business entities. He regularly advises construction companies, contractors, and business owners.

Mr. Paoli is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In the entire State of Texas, there are less than 500 attorneys who are board certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
