ScottHulse Law Firm Enhances and Grows Immigration Section
ScottHulse PC, a full-service commercial law firm with offices in Texas and New Mexico, announced that an Immigration & Nationality Law Section has been formally established to compliment the Firm’s other successful law practices, including International Trade and Cross-border Business and Labor & Employment. The firm, which also has a Mexico Law practice group, offers dual representation in both the United States and Mexico.
For more than a century, ScottHulse has helped local, regional and international clients address important issues and opportunities, including critical matters related to business and family-based immigration. The expansion of the ScottHulse immigration law team, with the addition of Susanna Visconti, provides greater depth, experience, and capabilities, enabling the Firm to respond quickly and effectively to help clients navigate the uncertainty and increasingly complex challenges related to immigration law.
Key areas of representation and services provided by the ScottHulse immigration practice group include Business Immigration, Family Immigration, Consular Processing, Employer Sanctions and Worksite Enforcements, Citizenship Issues and Naturalization, Waivers, and Port-of-Entry issues.
“Because of our strategic location and long history, our firm has unique knowledge of the U.S./Mexico border region and deep experience in cross-border transactions,” said ScottHulse Chairman Bernard Felsen. “The enhancement of our Immigration Law practice group is an example of focusing our institutional capabilities and strengthening our team in response to dynamic international markets and the changing needs of our clients.”
