ScottHulse attorney and shareholder Glenn Davis was a featured speaker at the Intermediate Estate Planning & Probate Course sponsored by the State Bar of Texas, June 7, in Houston.  Mr. Davis, who is licensed in both Texas and New Mexico and is certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, presented a paper entitled “Dissecting LLC Company Agreements” to approximately 100 attorneys from across the state. As a member of the ScottHulse Estate Planning, Probate and Asset Protection practice group, Mr. Davis represents individuals and institutional clients in a variety of trust, wealth transfer, asset protection, and taxation matters in both Texas and New Mexico.
